Job summary

Toolstation Limited in Durham is seeking a Senior Store Assistant for a 25-hour-per-week role. The position requires availability for early starts and late finishes, and local commutable access to the Durham store.

You will help customers, handle deliveries, and support warehouse tasks while contributing to a positive store environment. Experience as a key holder or supervising team members is advantageous; training and development opportunities are offered within the Toolstation and Travis

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or retail is preferred.
• Ability to manage early starts and late finishes.
• Keyholder or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain high store standards.
• Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks and shelf stocking.
• Open and close the store and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
