Job summary

Toolstation Ltd is seeking a Store Assistant for our Maidenhead store. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week with early starts and late finishes, typical store hours 7 AM–8 PM. You’ll be the welcoming face for customers, help them locate items and manage deliveries and shelf stocking.

No prior retail experience is required, and training is provided to learn our processes. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to handle deliveries and stock tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and stock shelves.
• Keep store clean and well-organised during shifts.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts where appropriate.
