Job summary

Toolstation Limited in Abingdon is seeking a Store Assistant for a 10-hour weekly shift. The role requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays, with early starts and late finishes to match store hours from 7 AM to 8 PM.

You'll be the friendly face helping customers, handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and shelf replenishment, with training provided to learn everything needed.

Responsibilities

• Get stuck in: Be ready to handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
• Provide outstanding service: chat with customers and stay efficient during busy times to ensure a great experience.
• Ask the right questions: show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find what they need.
• Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up for benefits.
