Toolstation in Ludlow is hiring a Store Assistant for 20 hours per week. You’ll be the friendly face, help customers find what they need, handle deliveries and shelf stocking, and support store operations. No retail experience? We’ll train you. Shifts include early starts and late finishes in a welcoming, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• No retail experience? We’ll train you.
• Be ready to handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
• Be proactive in selling Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find what they need and assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects.
• Be the friendly face of Toolstation in Ludlow.
