Job summary

Samsonite Store in London is hiring a Part-time Stock Room Assistant for 8 hours per week. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, processing deliveries, and supporting store operations to keep stock availability optimal.

You will monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and assist with stock counts while adhering to health & safety standards and merchandising guidelines. Reports go to Store Manager and Stock Room Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: receive, check and process deliveries accurately; maintain stockroom organisation.
• Operational support: replenish products to the sales floor and assist Store Manager in stock control procedures.
• Systems & reporting: use XStore and Power BI for stock transactions and maintain records of stock movements.
• Customer service support: help locate products for customers and communicate clearly with team and customers.
• Compliance & standards: follow health & safety guidelines and uphold visual merchandising in stock areas.
