Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Stock Team Member to join our fast-paced store team. You will locate, pack and process stock efficiently, ensuring products are ready for online and in-store customers, while delivering friendly service on the shop floor.

This role offers flexible working options and an opportunity to develop with NEXT from day one. You’ll support store operations and teamwork with coordinators and managers to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly: locating, packing and transferring stock in and out of store.
• Meet deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organized.
• Work across store areas including sales floors to provide fast, friendly service.
• Collaborate with Coordinators or Managers to support store operations.
