Job summary

Robert May’s School is seeking a part-time facilities supervisor to oversee our sports facilities and lettings. You will ensure hirers' requirements are met, set up events, greet users, and assist with queries, while keeping the site open and secure.

The role offers weekend lone-working and a flexible schedule, with up to 10 hours per week, mainly on Saturdays. The successful candidate will be a reliable, customer-focused individual, capable of independent work and providing a welcoming service

Responsibilities

• Supervise sports facilities and lettings, ensuring hirers' requirements (lights, equipment) are met.
• Set up events and greet hirers; assist with queries and provide information.
• Open and secure the school site; ensure facilities are left clean and ready for the next use.
• Be the key contact for community users; provide first-class service.
• Light lifting may be required; some weekend lone-working.
• Role could suit a student and up to 10 hours a week, primarily Saturdays.
