The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust (TRFT) is seeking a part-time Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to provide assessment, advice and intervention for children in preschool, clinic and school settings. Travel between TRFT sites is required, with potential for additional fixed-term hours.

The role supports a digital project and working with educational professionals to meet each child’s needs. Essential: SLT degree, HCPC registration, and ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Speech and Language Therapy degree required.
• HCPC registration is essential.
• Experience delivering services in schools is preferred.
• Desirable: RCSLT membership.

Responsabilités

• Assess, advise and intervene for children with developmental speech and language needs.
• Write advice for EHCPs and programmes of intervention.
• Work with preschool, clinic and school-based teams.
• Deliver training and run groups for schools; contribute to the digital project.
