Job summary

CPotential is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join an integrated multidisciplinary team. This permanent, part-time role (15–22.5 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling, with occasional weekends and school holidays. Salary £39,010–£46,194 pro rata, plus 30 days annual leave pro rata.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
• Experience assessing and supporting children with complex neurological and genetic conditions.
• Able to deliver thoughtful, tailored interventions within an integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Assess need and shape therapy around each child's development.
• Manage own caseload and provide clinical supervision.
• Support development of junior staff, students and therapy assistants.
• Contribute to shaping and evolving the service to meet client needs.
