Whittington Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join the Haringey Universal Therapies Service (HUTS) for a part-time maternity cover post. The role focuses on universal early intervention for under-5s, with responsibilities across drop-in SLT sessions, the Advice Line, and training projects for the early years workforce.

Competenze

Diploma, Degree or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
Registered Member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists (RCSLT).
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration to Practise.
Evidence of CPD in specialist area.

Mansioni

Deliver SLT drop-in sessions across Haringey Family Hubs and Children Centres for families with children under 5.
Manage and deliver the SLT Advice Line.
Deliver training projects to the early years workforce on supporting children and parents/carers.
Work with the 0-5 age group and include calls from parents of older children through the Advice Line.
