NHS Scotland in Perth invites applications for a Band 6 Specialist Community Dietitian to join a multi-disciplinary team serving Perth and Kinross. The role delivers community-based nutritional care, including home enteral feeding, across GP practices, community hospitals, patients’ homes and care homes.

The post holder will supervise Dietetic Support Workers and a Band 5 Rotational Dietitian, collaborate with health colleagues, and contribute to service improvement, education and pathway

Qualifications

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Experience in community dietetics and nutrition support.
• Ability to supervise Dietetic Support Workers and a Rotational Dietitian.

Responsabilités

• Deliver community-based nutritional care, including home enteral feeding.
• Provide dietetic support to NHS Tayside’s Long Term Conditions Service.
• Supervise Dietetic Support Workers and a Band 5 Rotational Dietitian.
• Work across GP practices, community hospitals, patients’ homes and care homes.
