MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is recruiting a Part Time Sous Chef for Ember Inns at The Ship Inn. You’ll head a kitchen section, train and guide your team, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure smooth service and consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll run with a branded menu, manage food ordering, prep, and stock control, and uphold health and hygiene standards while helping your team deliver meals customers are proud of.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Ship Inn , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
