Mitchells & Butler plc is recruiting a Part Time Sous Chef for Ego - Dore Sheffield. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, contributing to a lively, high-performing team.

You will work within a branded menu environment, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards while supporting ordering and stock control. This role offers flexible shifts and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a sous chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership under pressure.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atEGO - Dore Sheffield, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You will run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
