Job summary

Toby Carvery - Kenton Bank is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people and helps guests leave smiling. You will lead a section, step in for the Head Chef in their absence and drive a team to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced gastro environment.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with stock control, ordering and menu execution.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at Toby Carvery - Kenton Bank, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
