Brassmills at Vintage Inns is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for fantastic food and training great people. You’ll run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence to deliver meals that make guests smile.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
