Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at the Dog & Gun Ember Inns in Wolverhampton is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a hospitality team and uphold outstanding service.

You’ll host and serve, supervise shifts, train colleagues, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a small team.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day running, hosting guests and leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training others.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver warm, welcoming guest service consistently.
