Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via Ember Inns, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Black Horse to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver 1st‑class service in a warm pub setting.

You’ll work flexible shifts and benefit from staff discounts across all brands, a pension, 28 days holiday, free shares, Wagestream, and supportive team socials as part of our community. You’ll also role‑model training and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and shift supervision.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.

• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, helping with training.
