Bramley Cottage by Ember Inns is hiring a Part-time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a small team. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

The role emphasizes great service, staff training, and a community-focused pub experience, with flexible shifts and staff discounts across the Ember Inns/Mitchells & Butler brands.

• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
