Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, via Toby Carvery in Telford, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You'll warmly welcome guests, lead a small team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on coaching, hosting, serving guests, upholding cleanliness and safety, and maintaining high standards. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior team members.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
