Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for the Plough on the Moor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and train staff to deliver outstanding service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience desired.
• Strong guest focus and communication.
• Willingness to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for teams.
• Support training and coaching of staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
