Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Bank's Nicholson’s pubs. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and train staff to uphold great service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver great service.
• Strong focus on guest experience and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting guests and leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the venue.
• Help ensure smooth service during shifts with strong guest focus.
