Job summary

The Ashton, part of Mitchells & Butler s, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team across daily operations in a premium pub setting. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service and help the team shine during busy shifts.

You'll train staff, supervise shifts, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, while supporting colleagues’ development. Flexible hours and staff benefits await in a collaborative, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to train or coach staff.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as host and serving guests while leading the team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your team, assisting with training.
