Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers in Leeds is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor for Deer Park. You will welcome guests, host the floor, and lead a small team to deliver great service.

The role focuses on coaching colleagues, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and modelling high standards. You'll supervise day-to-day operations, support training, and help ensure every guest feels welcomed.

This is a friendly pub group with progression opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a small team.
• Flexible shifts and reliable attendance.
