Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Royal George, within Castle Pubs. You will welcome guests, lead a friendly team, and help train staff to deliver great service in a lively pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs preferred.
• Availability for part-time shifts and flexible hours.
• Ability to coach and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and lead your team.
• Be a shift leader during your hours.
• Support training of team members and maintain service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety across the venue.
