Job summary

All Bar One Exchange Edinburgh is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team in delivering outstanding service. The role focuses on training colleagues and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced bar environment.

You’ll be part of Mitchells & Butlers, enjoy flexible shifts, and access staff discounts across brands. The team culture combines fun, support, and opportunities to develop.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar environment is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach team members to deliver great guest service.
• Strong communication and point-of-sale system skills.
• Flexibility to work with shifting schedules and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
