Job summary

Fox & Raven, part of Vintage Inns by Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team and train staff. You’ll help with hosting, serving and upholding high standards in a busy pub environment, while enjoying staff discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Strong people-management and training skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day site operations and guest hospitality.
• Lead shift as supervisor and manage team on duty.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.
