Sovereign, part of Mitchells & Butler’s Vintage Inns, is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a hospitality team. You’ll train staff, supervise service, and maintain high standards in a cozy pub setting with great atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and team leadership desirable.
• Strong guest-service focus and ability to train others.
• Good communication and safety standards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day site operations and host guests.
• Lead and train shifts, ensuring consistent service.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Be a positive role model for team and guests.
