Mitchells & Butlers plc in Brighton are hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Park View. You’ll welcome guests, manage a busy service, and lead a team to deliver warm, efficient hospitality during shifts.

You’ll play a hands-on role, while supporting training and development of colleagues to maintain the pub’s distinctive atmosphere. This role focuses on delivering great service, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
