We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, people-first accountancy practice located on the outskirts of Windsor town centre. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a talented Senior Accountant to join their close-knit, collaborative team on a part-time basis.

The Role

You\'ll be a key figure in the practice, working with a varied portfolio of ambitious SME clients. This is a hands-on and rewarding role offering genuine variety, including:

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Supporting production of monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
• Advising clients on accounting treatments, tax planning, and compliance
• Overseeing bookkeeping tasks across platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
• Partnering with managers on advisory projects and client development
• Keeping up with relevant technical and legislative updates

This is a flexible role where you\'ll be encouraged to get involved across the practice as your confidence grows.

About You

You\'ll be a proactive, team-oriented professional who brings:

• 5+ years\' experience in UK accountancy practice
• ACCA or ACA qualification
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax rules, and VAT
• Experience with cloud accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Confident client-facing communication skills
