Job Opportunity: Special School Teacher

We are working on behalf of a new, fantastic special school opening in September. This school will have a permanent teacher working 3 days a week, and we are seeking someone to lead the class on the remaining 2 days.

The school is a brand new provision with top-of-the-range facilities. Having visited recently, I can confidently say that the school is incredible. The staff are lovely and proud of their work.

The Role

This position is within a KS3 class of students with complex special needs and disabilities. Experience working with SEND in schools is essential. The class consists of around 8 students, supported by 4 Teaching Assistants. You will plan lessons collaboratively with the other class teacher.

Ideal candidates should be patient, positive, and enthusiastic. While applications from various backgrounds are welcome, holding a QTS is preferred.
