Responsibilities

• Day-to-day care of the school site and premises safety
• Secure premises and monitor heating, lighting and alarm systems
• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance to keep site welcoming
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance including basic plumbing and joinery
• Paint and decorate where needed; manage waste and consumables
• Move/set up furniture and respond to spillages, blockages and weather issues
