Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a part-time School Nurse (Band 6) to join the Central team covering Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich and Congleton. You will work with schools, families and communities to improve health, identify vulnerable children and develop clear referral pathways to enable all young people to reach their potential.

Formación

• Current UK professional registration is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification in school nursing or equivalent.
• Leadership and mentorship training at Level 6 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the School Nurse caseload within Cheshire East Central Team.
• Collaborate with education and social care to address identified needs.
• Develop and implement referral pathways and safeguarding plans.
• Promote public health and safeguarding across schools and communities.
