Job summary

Cardinal Allen Catholic High School in Fleetwood is seeking a Finance Officer for 25 hours per week, term time plus 5 days. You will join the Business Support Team to handle cashless dining income, invoicing, and non-public accounts with strong numeracy and MS Office skills.

The role requires pro‑active collaboration, reliable data handling, and readiness to go the extra mile for pupils and staff. Pro rata salary applies to term-time hours.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Clear communication with students and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and keyboard skills.
• Able to use the Internet effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the school’s cashless dining income.
• Process orders and invoices.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the non-public account.
• Provide financial administration for the Schools Games Organiser.
• Produce and update spreadsheets for wide data sets.
