  • Provide financial administration for the Schools Games Organiser.
  • Produce and update spreadsheets for wide data sets.

Summary The governors of this very successful Catholic High School wish to appoint a Finance Officer for 25 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, to join our Business Support Team.

THE ROLE
  • The main duties are:
  • to manage all aspects of the school’s cashless dining income;
  • to process all orders and invoices;
  • to manage the day to day running of the school’s non-public account;
  • to provide financial administration for the Schools Games Organiser;
  • to produce and update spreadsheets for a wide range of data;

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
  • GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
Essential Experience
  • Has excellent numeracy skills
  • Communicates well with young people and others typical of one whom would expect in a school
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel with excellent keyboard skills
  • Able to use the Internet effectively and efficiently
Desirable Experience
  • Has knowledge of the use of SIMS / FMS
  • Has a basic knowledge of how schools are organised and managed
