Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the school premises.
• Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained.
• Carrying out thorough cleaning of designated areas.
• Carrying out regular site inspections and security checks.
• Undertaking general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Monitoring the condition of the buildings and grounds.
• Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance issues as required.
• Supporting health and safety procedures across the school site.
• Responding to emergencies outside normal working hours and supporting maintenance projects during school holidays when required.
• Occasional evening duties, such as school events and parents' evenings.
