Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a Customer Services Assistant. This role is part-time (29 hours per week) in a busy catering environment, with a 43.6 week year and opportunities to progress within a company that values individuality and its people.

You will work as part of a friendly team, deliver quality service to clients, handle cash, and ensure food safety standards are always met while representing the Chartwells brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of food hygiene and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Create appealing food displays and maintain counters.
