Job summary

Kettlethorpe High is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor for term-time, with 13.75 hours weekly (Mon–Fri 3:15pm–6:00pm). The role oversees cleaning operations at the school, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards while coordinating a small team of cleaners.

The successful candidate will lead on-site activities, manage scheduling and reporting via mobile devices, and support service delivery during term-time. A DBS check is required, with employer-paid costs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning duties as per the specification.
• Supervise cleaners to ensure attendance and coverage.
• Ensure health & safety of staff and compliance with standards.
• Manage paperwork relating to personnel, wages and training.
