Job summary

Oasis Academy Blakenhale Infants is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join the facilities team in Birmingham. You will perform cleaning tasks such as polishing, dusting and sweeping, and assist with deep cleans as needed.

Training will be provided and the role requires good communication with caretaking staff and teaching colleagues. You will rotate between the infants and junior academies, work 12.5 hours weekly, and contribute to a safe, clean learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning tasks is preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with staff.
• Commitment to health and safety in cleaning duties.
• Willingness to be flexible and rotate between sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks including polishing, dusting, washing and sweeping.
