Job summary

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic cleaner to join our school cleaning team. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:15 to 18:15, with pro rata pay around £27,167 per year. You will help ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.

Experience in commercial cleaning and basic health and safety knowledge are desirable. Full training will be provided, and successful applicants will join the PVG scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and Health & Safety requirements.
• Full training provided; understanding of safe working practices advantageous.
