The Methodist Church in Britain seeks a part-time cleaning operative for St Clement's High School, with daily duties including desks, toilets and surfaces cleaning. You will replenish sanitary supplies and maintain stores and equipment in a safe, orderly area under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor and Headteacher.

Hours are 10 per week across 44 weeks. An enhanced DBS and childcare disqualification declaration apply; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• DBS check enhanced required for safeguarding
• Childcare (Disqualifications) 2009 Regulations declaration required
• Criminal conviction declaration if shortlisted
• Online social media check as part of safeguarding recruitment

Responsabilités

• Clean a designated area of the school under supervision
• Carry out daily cleaning of desks, toilets and surfaces
• Replenish sanitary materials such as toilet paper, towels and soap
• Clean store rooms in designated areas periodically
• Keep cleaning equipment clean and in working order
• Follow Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 procedures
