Sully Primary School is seeking a part-time Caretaker to cover security, maintenance, and general premises duties. The role is 20 hours per week, split across early morning and late afternoon sessions at Sully Primary School.

The post requires a valid driving licence, the ability to lift/move furniture, and willingness to undertake safeguarding and health & safety training. DBS checks are required for employment with the school community.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of site security and premises management.
• Working knowledge of health and safety requirements in a school setting.
• Practical DIY and basic maintenance skills.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and related courses.

Aufgaben

• Carry out caretaking duties including security and maintenance as required.
• Monitor access and respond to alarms, report faults and coordinate repairs.
• Walk the site for inspections and daily checks; liaise with contractors as needed.
• Work flexible hours including occasional evenings for events or lettings.
