Overview

Sales and Marketing Executive – Permanent, part-time role. Hybrid working with office location in Staines-upon-Thames. Up to 22.5 hours per week (flexible working pattern considered). Salary: £32,000 per annum, pro rata (£19,200). Start date: Oct 2025.

Role

In this hands-on role, you'll support the delivery of the commercial strategy by generating and converting leads, promoting data solutions and building strong client relationships. You'll assist clients in accessing and managing data through online portals and Excel, while also creating and delivering compelling marketing content across digital platforms including social media, email and the company website.

You'll also play a key part in planning and supporting the organisation's presence at industry events, which may occasionally require international travel.

This position provides autonomy to manage your own projects, bring fresh ideas to the table and make a meaningful impact within a supportive, close-knit team.

About You / Qualifications

You're a proactive and organised self-starter who enjoys variety and takes a professional, can-do attitude to your work. You'll have experience in sales and marketing, with strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of digital tools including Excel and social media platforms.

You should be comfortable working independently, yet collaborative when needed and happy to travel internationally from time to time as part of a globally active team.

Additional experience with content creation, marketing tools, or analytics platforms is a plus. What matters most is your mindset, motivation and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
