Job summary

Change Recruitment Services is seeking an Accounts Assistant (sales ledger) on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week, focusing on sales ledger and credit control with support to the accounts team.

Experience with sales ledgers and invoice chasing is ideal; knowledge of Xero is a bonus but not essential. Salary is £15,500 for 20 hours per week, with 25 days holiday (pro rata) and a Christmas bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience working on a sales ledger and credit control duties.
• Familiarity with Xero is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Raising sales invoices on Xero for multiple clients, both recurring and ad-hoc.
• Handling client invoice queries and resolving issues.
• Managing SOR Invoicing.
• Chasing outstanding invoices to keep the ledger healthy.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
