Description
As an UGG Sales Associate, you will create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You will model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all customer questions are addressed accurately before they leave. You will provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating our return policy. Maintaining a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members, you will promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code. You will serve both in-store customers and those calling on the phone.
We are seeking Part-Time Sales Associates for contracts ranging from 8 hours per week.
