Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, approachable and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers and share product knowledge.
• Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Process payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Manage stock and merchandise on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Full training provided if needed.
