Job summary

Dunelm in the United Kingdom is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our store team on a 12 hours per week contract. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, helping customers find products and delivering a warm, helpful shopping experience.

With duties across tills, shop floor, hosting home delivery orders, and stocking shelves, you’ll support colleagues and keep displays neat and inviting. Previous retail experience is helpful but a great attitude matters most.

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
• Able to work 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Tills – operate a friendly and efficient checkout and help pack items with care.
• Shop Floor – assist customers and help them find products with knowledge and warmth.
• Hosting – process orders for home delivery when items aren’t available on shelf.
• Stock & Delivery – stock and replenish shelves, update pricing, and keep displays tidy.
