Dunelm Crewe is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our store team. You’ll help customers, operate tills, keep shelves tidy and assist with deliveries to ensure shoppers leave with exactly what they came for.

This part-time role is 8 hours per week. Pay is £12.71/hour for 18+ years (and £8.00/hour for 16–17). We value a welcoming environment and teamwork that makes each visit feel like home.

Responsibilities

• Tills – Offering a friendly and efficient checkout experience, packing fragile items with care
• Shop Floor – Helping shoppers find what they’re looking for with knowledgeable support
• Hosting – Placing orders for home delivery when items aren’t on shelves and assisting with Made to Measure services
• Stock & Delivery – Receiving deliveries, checking stock, replenishing displays and keeping pricing up to date
