Job summary

Footasylum in Silverburn is seeking a Sales Assistant for part-time hours to energize our store floor with passion for trainers and streetwear.

You’ll style outfits, know our products, host launches, drive sales, and keep visuals premium while delivering great customer service. Flexible for evenings and weekends to support busy trading times.

Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

• Style the full fit Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
