Vivienne Westwood is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our team at the Bicester Outlet Store. You will work 2 days per week, earning a competitive wage of £12.60 per hour plus commission and benefits.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales assistant to join an iconic English fashion brand. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in luxury wear, leather goods, or accessories. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, well-presented, and possess a strong understanding of high-level customer service. We are looking for confident sellers who are passionate about the brand.

Key responsibilities of our Sales Assistant:

• Provide exemplary customer service and advise on products
• Maintain retail standards across the store
• Build and nurture relationships with clients

What we are looking for in our Sales Assistant:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of solid luxury retail experience
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Commercial awareness and experience working towards KPIs
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure
