Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is recruiting for a part-time Sales Advisor at 20 hours per week. The role involves answering incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through EE products.

You’ll join a friendly team in Merthyr and be trained to deliver excellent service. We’re seeking outgoing individuals who enjoy talking to people, with strong listening and communication skills.
